That really is a comical analysis, something you’d expect from a Manc.

In fairness to him he did say it was the commentators and not him slating Carra.

But any self respecting football fan should know that a statement like that about Carra is bollox!

Now we've got the facts out of the way.

Torres had some really encouraging moments and he's a lot quicker than I thought. I don't know where your mate is coming from I thought for his 1st game he linked up well.

Babel looks a talent but he's not a winger IMO he went looking for the ball and kept coming off his wing but I'm sure Rafa will sort that out.

Yossi had some good touches but wasn't his sharpish.

Commentators really do talk ****e - so Carra has declined all of a sudden since May has he? In 2 short months! To be honest, I thought Carra was his usual solid self.

On a wider note, it really gets me when people in general start slating players at the start of a season, saying x player's legs have gone etc......fair enough if it is a general decline over months, but to say it at the start of a season like it's happened overnight is bollox.
