I think that's the idea, like they said the kop would be playing to the rest of the stadium, so a separate kop but the other 3 stands joined, i think it looks better that way

Mr Trubey said more details about the plans would be revealed in time, but that the glass corners that allowed views into the ground would not be filled in to make way for the potential additional 16,000 seats.

Rick Parry even made a big deal about the fact that we had 4 separate stands and not the bowl design.

I think we'll be moving to the Carlsberg Anfield Stadium. Probably the best stadium in the world.

The Carlsberg company seem to be very satisfied with the partnership with Liverpool, and would want a share of the publicity this stadium will get. They splash out alomost £400M in marketing a year, so money will be no problem to them. They estimated the CL victory in 2005 alone to be worth €10M for them, and they got that cheap.

It's not a bowl is it if one stand is separate, the glass cornes are for the kop you can see that from looking at the plans. The stands can still be separate even if parts of the corners are filled in, it's only the away end
