The west stand will have 12,000 seats over three tiers with a total of 97 rows. The east stand will have 25,000 seats in two tiers with a total of 108 rows.

Seems very low considering the east stand only has 11 more rows and and extra 10000 capacity

More than likely caused by more boxes - looke like there are 3 tiers of them on the pictures and also would suspect this is an area they are planning on adding seats in some way.

What's that stand all about. There's only about 2k seats in the annie road end.

if they add 16,000 to those 4,000 at that end. it would be as big as the kop so it will get bigger but not a huge amount bigger maybe up to 10,000 in total in that stand.

I've said it before, but that stadium is unlike anything else on the planet.

I think this is a real watershed in stadium design. Until now, large stadiums have been designed around the bowl concept, with less and less inidviduality with each new design.

This has ripped up the rule book completely. I think that there will be a number of copycat stadiums over the next 10 -15 years. This will make Wembley and the Emirates look like relics from a bygone age. Fantastic.

Any capacity figures on those? Its too small for me to tell.

You can see what they mean by the whole Kop being the conductor to the symphony choir or whatever it was they said. In the third picture it actually looks like the Kop is the stage and the three other stands are all just facing in towards it. It is great how they grasped the importance of the Kop. I think its going to have an amazing atmosphere once its at full capacity

It definitely going to be the best modern stadium to be completed at the time it'll be finished. Without a doubt.

Man it's going to be such an imposing stadium, striking fear into anyone who dare enter its tunnels!
