    Sorry if this has been posted - from Bascombe in the Echo today:

    Lucas has now had passport clearance and was in line to make his debut against South China today.


    Rafa Benitez can use six substitutes tonight    .

                  Torres, Babel and Lucus wasn't given international clearence to play in this 'official' cup. Altho they will play on Friday.

                        Lucas arrives with a similarly big reputation, albeit with a little bit more substance behind his claims. Biscan was voted in the top 5 (?) of World Soccer magazine's 'Top 100 under 21 players in the world" (or something), and reputedly had the likes of Barca, Milan and Juve all trailing him.

                        It's all well and good rubbishing Biscan now, but he arrived with a huge reputation.

                            Believe it or not. before he came here, Igor was dubbed the croatian Zidane aswell as the new Boban
                            Javier Mascherano: 'I want to be settled and kill myself on the pitch so the team wins lots of games'
