Agreed. I seem to remember watching an old Arsenal game on ESPN and it was being sung.

Had to turn that off, I felt sick listening to that.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

              * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

An Arsenal fan I speak to seems to think they used to sing it too.

YNWA used to be sung a lot, particularly at the Cup final, by many teams.

If you have the espn classic channel, watch some of the old finals from the 70s and 80s and you'll hear it quite often.

                              It was her birthday.
Would I have got married during the football season ?
                              Anyway, it was Rochdale reserves.'
