So we can win our first piece of silveware of the new season tomorrow

But seriously, it will be good to see us playing against another Prem team, it will feel more like a 'proper' match.

Obviously the conditions and the fact that both teams are still in pre-season training may mean they make several changes, but it could be more of an indication of Rafa's thinking.

He would deserved his place on merit though, if this were not the case, IMO.

Agree about the on merit bit, he has worked hard and done well in pre-season so far and now the question of a starting forward pairing is a bit of a poser for Rafa. Ah the possibilities.................
