well i seem to remember lecter saying that he had seen bruno's wage bill and 60k it was indeed, i think salif was on about 40k if i rememer correctly, but theres is no way that any club is thinking of offering him more than 15-20k a week, and thats why he's still here, i recon he won't leave...

Never heard of this McBain guy but i would really take that statement with a massive dosage of Salt. no way would we yake Alves now he's played European football this season as even playing the Super cup would rule him out of the CL till jan, and if Finnan gets injured in the mean time we're buggered for a RB.

although i did hear today that a fee of 2 mill is pretty much done for Lucas Neill but although i trust the guy who told me i'd still wait to see what happens on Thursday and PSV's prosective bid for KromKamp

Alves is not Cup Tied for Europe. The Super Cup does not count towards playing in Europe this season.

Being honest though, if you know you arnt good enough to make it at the top level are on good bonuses and dont have to leave why would you, the best part ( 2 games in a world cup) are over, why would he want to leave!
