When I finally see who he is on the pitch, I'll let you know

EDIT: Just seen that Leiva wears #21 shirt and I didn't see him much - But I've seen #33 shirt quite often (that's probably Leto).

Yep, minimum of fuss. There was one loose ball towards the end of the half but otherwise he seemed very assured and confident. Looks a good player, as does Leto. He seems to have a good understanding with his compatriot Insua.

Encouraging. Only negative would be Crouch looking sluggish again.

Rafa is a very canny manager.
He would give him instruction to do that in order to improve his passing and that side of the game.
Jack Hobbs is no midfield player, but he is nearly always played in midfield to improve his ball playing ability.
Momo's passing hasn't been too bad today, then again, this Shanghai side don't pressure like a Premier League side.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

There was one fantastic ball from Momo that proves he can do it - a cross to Crouch fired in on the half volley. Very sweet.

Very impressed with Leto so far. Torres looks superb also, far more mature and team-orientated than I initially expected him to be. I think he will be a fantastic player for us.

                    Gary Mac !

Sorry I missed the first half, I'll try and post some updates during the second.

                      Momo has been boss.
Very, very impressed with Insua, looks to be a good passer of the ball and not afraid to put the boot in either.
                      Encouraging.

Probably a mi**** like that shot that hit the bar against Barca at Anfield!

Leto, Insua and Yossi look so impressive. Never seen Leto before but seems to be very quick and has good close control. Has to do it against better opposition of course but could he be the left winger we have been crying out for?

I pretty much agree. Therefore, I think we don't even need Heinze. Insua is dog's bollocks and Rafa should give him a chance this season!
