I dont know really. Were labelled a one man team because up to this year, we only ahd one brilliant attacking player. The other teams had quite a few players but we had just the one. Now though we have Gerrard, Torres and
possibly Babel and Benayoun.

Yes but Gerrard is still in a totally different class to anyone else in our side. I think there are very few players in the world to match him. I do agree though that perhaps Torres has the potential to reach that level, I really hope thats the case anyway.

1.) Martin O'Neill is top class manager.

2.) He has signed Reo Coker a descent player

3.) They have 3 very very good and quick english players (Luke Moore, Ashley Young, Gabriel Agbonlahor.

4.) John Carew is an awkward player who i know Rafa likes.

5.) They hammered Inter Milan the other day



I personally think we need to score 2 or maybe 3 goals to beat them on saturday, something i am not sure we are capable of doing.

Pennant is going to get a very hostile reception if he plays, and possibly Finnan too. Crouch may also be subject to some stick too.

Yeah, but there attack is not actually very good though.

I dont think anyone is really under estimating them. We know exactly what they are capable of, they will make it very tough for us, im sure of that. But I dont think they have made any great strides over the summer, where as I think we have. I think it will be tight, but it certainly a game we should be positive and and go for the win.

No Neil that is not what we are saying, we need to be careful because pacey opposition cause us problems (see Drenthe), but we do have the players to beat Villa comfortably with too.
