    Our New Lads

So which one(s) are you most looking forward to seeing?
I'm really looking forward to seeing Babel. I think this kid, if all goes well and he settles, wil be a real star and 11mill will look a bargain.

Dunno how much we will see of Lucas and think we will see even less of the Hungarian lads.

I'm looking forward to seeing all of them, they're all attacking creative players.

I'm most intrigued to see how the CROW replicates his pre-season form though.

      Torres.

I'm hoping this kid is a huge success and plays an instrumental part in taking us to the league title.

        Torres without any doubt.

I can't remember the last time when we signed anybody with such a reputation. Hopefully he will settle really quickly and bang in some goals.
Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.

Its gonna be Fernando and Gerrard if I get my way!

Torres - Could be a great. Hasn't reached his peak

Babel - Potential to be superstar

Benayoun - To see what he can do in a quality side

On paper the Lucas kid sounds really good,
As for Torres, I am excited to see him, he is just the type of big name we needed.
            Forgot about the Crow.

Definately Torres and Babel, it's amzing to think that only a few short days ago people were already writing Babel off as not being good enough

Funnily enough it's Leto for me. Hope he progresses from the promising debut the other day.

Yeah I'm quite hopeful for him too.

Fair play to AFII, he picked out Leto and Insua pretty early on.

Yeah - he takes a fair amount of un-deserved stick but he was right here as they both showed promise the against Shanghai

For me, Torres is the player that excites me the most but I have a feeling that, once he finds his feet in the team and the Premiership, Babel will be a really good signing for us.

To be honest though I'm quite excited about all the players we've signed. All inall it's been a great summer in the transfer market.

I think Babel needs time. Potential is there but I think I'd ease him in gently unless he's absolutely barging the door down.
