Mine changes a lot. Normally it's Carra but at the moment it's Torres. Flavour of the month I guess.

But normally its always, Alonso, Carra, Gerrard and Agger.

That's a bit below the belt, paul.

                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

It's a tough call - it's a split decision for me between Gerrard and Agger.

We all forget just how good Gerrard is, and Agger has that great "who gives a ****" attitude when it comes to the celebrity of the game.

Gerrard every day of the week.

It amuses me why he's not lauded more at this club.

Is it the fact he's always moaning, whinging through matches etc. Screw that, i'm the same when i'm playing. Gerrard has high expectations, is ultra competitive and his desire to win is unquestionable. There is no way in hell LFC would be anywhere near as successful in recent times without him.

We'd truly be ****ed without him, i really believe that.

Carra a very, very close second. Both legends. Lucky to have 'em both.

Mascherano who has come in and in a very short space of time shown he's a player of the highest calibre who is going to get better.
Followed very very closely by Carra.

I think the reason that people are less keen to laud Gerrard is partly the fact we have been labelled a one man team for so long with him as the one and partly due to the bad taste left by the Chelsea saga.

However the number of people who have listed him as their favourite player shows it is more a lack of verbalisation than a lack of affection/admiration for/of him.
