Surely not Riise at LM, that would be disappointingly negative for our new attacking outlook. We will see anyway, I still hope that Benayoun and Kewell are involved today anyway, two of our most creative players, crucial for breaking down a stubborn team like Villa.

That's why I'd be surprised. Kewell may not be fully fit, but Benayoun not being in the squad would be surprising.

It was Sky Sports News which said no Benayoun.

We really can't afford a slow start to the season so a win today is a must. Our away record needs to improve drastically from last year and if we can continue our home form then we will be closer than ever to number 19

I couldn't give a toss what team he plays as long as he plays the right/positive formation ie. Torres up front as a striker and not out wide right/left or behind the goalkeeper etc etc. And 2 bleedin wingers with Stevie in the middle - do that and we'll win comfortably!!
