Head down to Matthew st which has bars/clubs that are open till after 3.

The girly clubs probably close around the same time.

    Have a good time

Most places will be open late. The Las Vegas on Lime St which used to be an amusement arcade , is now a boozer and is open til 6 on a Saturday

have a wander around the city centre on sunday morning. i think the likes of the slug and lettuce on the corner of north john street and cook street opens 'for breakfast' early on a sunday. in fact, i am going for a pint there on my lunch so i will find out for you.
        in january we were doomed.

in august we will rise from the ashes of ****e and march on again

The pubs in town stay open at weekends mainly until 2am - 3am and the lapdancing bars are open for another 3 - 4 hours and all have alcohol licences though the prices can be steep!

There's no need nowadays to find a 'club' as all the bars around Mathew Street have 'discos' (sorry for being old-fashioned there) but don't charge to go in. There are usually plenty of hen parties around there with girls dressed as nurses, schoolies, nuns or sheep (for the Welsh lads in town)...

I like Slater Street as the prices are cheap (about £1.20 for a pint of bitter, £1.40 for lager and £1.60 for Guinness or Murphys) but they're generally full of older people and Kaip & Rocket think they smell of piss...

However, just round the corner from Slater Street is Concert Square which is more lively (and therefore more expensive) but is nice on a warm summer evening...

On Sunday you'll find the pubs open from early morning in town and around 11ish around the ground apart from one or two like Wetherspoons (the Thomas Frost) on Walton Road which opens for breakfast. That's a good boozer but if you want somewhere closer try the Arkles near Anfield Road, the Sandon, Sam Dodd's and The Salisbury which are all on Walton Breck Road (the road that the Kop's on). Or even closer to the ground are the Albert and the Park pub which is more or less opposite the Kop. Personally, I'd stay in town till about an hour before the match then get a taxi to the ground...

          Enjoy!

What's wrong with the Marlborough on Slater Street? Maggie behind the bar might be pushing 60 and the place smells like an old people's home but Scruttock's Best Mild is still only £1.10 a pint...
