Season Diary 07/08 + Goals and Assists Tables

Updated with yesterdays game, gonna give a brief runthrough of each game so we can better recall it in a few months time. Trying to do my best with the assists as well but sometimes it really comes down to opinion. For instance the second Alonso goal I didn't give anyone an assist because the derby player slid in the tackle, however I gave the assist to voronin for the second torres goal because even though the derby player touached the ball on the way through it didn't really change where the ball probably would have gone

also if you check the end of the schedule i've put up goals and assists tables, I'll prbably change them about a little bit as we go on but there they are for now

lol, tbh i'm much the same and i'm only a young lad, i'm amazed when people can recall games from a few seasons ago that weren't really particularly important. So hopefully with the aid of a little summary of each match we'll better remember incidents through the season, like nob stiles doing us out of 3 points, but i doubt anyone's gonna forget that any time soon:whatever:

Same Here. I cant remember too much LFC info from the 90s, but the 70s and 80s are crystal clear

More recent memories are patchy as well. 2001 is clear and then from 2005 onwards things get better

Wouldn't mind a bit of feedback here, is there anything else in particular ppl would like to see me record for each match, or add to the notes for each match, i've gone with a sort of diary type thing to try and show the progression through the season for now.

just being sarcastic but maybe you could include who is the Est1892 whipping boy after each game, briefly look at the threads on a Sunday night, there is usually one name that stands out, then when said player then scores a hat trick we can refer back to when everyone said he was ****e.

That's a brilliant idea. Have both.

What you've done with the notes is good, more detail on the recent ones then cutting it down to a line or so later works really well. Otherwise I reckon you've got everything in there. Maybe take out the "Live : whoever" bit after the games?
