How could the ref forget he had the card in his hand when he clearly stuck his hand up, probably to give a caution? He clearly lost his head, particularly after that pen decision and I think even he realised it. All the 50-50 decisions seemed to go our way after that and he even played longer than the allotted injury time to give us one more chance, but we decided to play it across and back instead of forward.White liquid in a bottle = Milk

I was so pissed off after the game although having a few manc mates round they couldn't really brag and wanted us to win (they see Chelsea as more of a threat) anyways played tennis straight after to release some anger and feel nice and relaxed now and can see lots of positives from that performance altho i will have to avoid motd2 otherwise i will get wound up again

The ref was ****ing shocking. These guys are supposed to be proffesional. They're full time but they're certainly not proffesional. Proffesionals are good!
He needs reprimanding for todays performance and hopefully relegated to the lower leagues.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

Stiles today was a complete joke!
He cost us the three points, end of. That farce of a penalty decision was just cruel, and if the FA have any b@lls they'll suspend the bloke for a while. He lost control with giving yellow cards everywhere and what he did with Essien proved he didn't have control of what he was doing at times. Lampard deliberately kicked Alonso, which should have been punished more than just the booking as a deliberate kick at someone should be a sending off offence, and how did he miss Malouda's kick at Gerrard as he shot for goal too - another deliberate act of cheating and bad sportsmanship.
Bunch of cheats and tossers them chavs are, and when you have a ref that gives them a helping hand along the way it makes you feel even more angry. That game was three points won, but the ref cost us that - apart from the joke of a penalty they didn't have a shot on target all game!!
Gutted!!!!!!!!

There were numerous incidents of missed yellows -
Drogba clapping - Drogba kicking ball away from free kick
Malouda kicking out - Malouda jumoing on Agger (the pen was OUR foul!)
Terry - being Terry!
The ref was a fukkin disgrace - Cara told him and got a yellow!
The Chavs were real lucky and they know it.
GUTTED AND ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even more infuriating is that it is all a plan from the chavs. :whatever:--== Because the gang and the government is no different ==--

shocking disgudting how can you get that match wrong/?Originally posted by AFII View PostJust one word....
....bribed.
Today we got the evidence that it's not only in Italy they bribe the refs. it happens in the English league too.
He stood five, six yards from the penalty incident so he can't have missed that Malouda dived.
He let Essen play on with two yellow cards.
I think that is evidence enough.
I wich that they will suspend him but the FA won't have the balls to do that.

The point is that the PL said before the PL started that everytime a team does what Chelsea did today bullying the ref then all the players doing it will be booked. If the ref don't do it then the video panel will do it after the game.Originally posted by tomasjj View Post

It will be interesting to see if they now will stand for what they promised and book and suspend a few of the Chelsea players.
I don't think they will have the balls to do that.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Did you see before the Essian incident, the chelsea players had their hands on him and around him, should have been bookings all round. The guy did what they wanted because he lost control due to the pressure.Originally posted by tomasjj View Post

Chavs are cheats, he is **** but not bent a has been suggested earlier in this thread. He should not be allowed to ref in the prem ever again, sadly though he will be relegated for next week and then back in the prem ithe week after.

Jose Mourinho backed Rob Styles after the referee found himself the centre of controversy during Liverpool's draw with Chelsea.
Styles was blasted by Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez and Reds skipper Steven Gerrard after he awarded Chelsea a controversial penalty.
Chelsea earned a point after Frank Lampard cancelled out Fernando Torres' opener from the penalty spot.
Styles controversially adjudged Steve Finnan to have fouled Florent Malouda inside the box and the decision left a bitter taste in the mouth for Gerrard and Benitez.
Penalty
Mourinho reserved judgement on the penalty award, but felt Styles had a positive game" at Anfield.
When asked if his side had been fortunate with the penalty award, Mourinho told Sky Sports 1: "I don't know. But so many times you are unfortunate, especially in this stadium with referees' decisions, I don't know.
"I think it is a difficult game for referees.
"Not every player on the pitch was trying to help the referee. A couple of them, maybe because of their different culture, didn't help the referee. But two big teams at Anfield is not easy.
"Overall Mr Styles had a positive game."
Happy
Mourinho conceded he was happy to come away from one of his big rivals with a point.
"I think it is difficult to play here because they are a good team and it is a positive result for us, especially because we were losing," added Mourinho.
