Looking good the lad, very sharp today and having a big game like that early on his Liverpool career will do him the world of good. He now knows what these big matches in the premiership are all about...the hussle and bussle, tempo etc.

It's a joke that Terry is captain of his national team. He's a wretched individual and sets a terrible example. Compare his reaction to Torres with Carra's reaction to Drogba.


Drogba elbows and dives his way through games and yet Carra gets on with it - no complaints. Torres barges Terry, runs the Chav defence till their sick, and Terry starts squealing, shoving, and sticking his face into the opponent's. :whatever:

Terry has no class. He's a chav who probably doesn't know who his dad is and probably still wears a hoody and tracksuit in the street playing garage music off his phone.

There was the rumour that he called Chimbonda a racist comment when he got sent off last season against Spurs at White Hart Lane which led to the FA banning Terry playing for some games for club and country. The FA didn't want to publicly announce the suspension because he is England captain and he leads by 'example' This led Chelsea to put a mask over the situation saying it was an injury and one of the games he missed was against us last January.

Once again, the aforementioned is just a rumour.

I thought Torres was a good player before he came to us, but since ive actually watched him more closely he is far far better than i thought, his movement is simply phenomenal and he's already brought so much more to the team.
By the way, i think an honourable mention at least should go to Stevie for the pass for the goal, different class, outside of the foot, straight into Torres path he didnt have to break stride or control it, Stevie made that look easy but that was sheer quality.
