On the Ning Nang Nong
Where the Cows go Bong!
And the Monkeys all say Boo!
There's a Nong Nang Ning
Where the trees go Ping!
And the tea pots Jibber Jabber Joo.
On the Nong Ning Nang
All the mice go Clang!
And you just can't catch 'em when they do!
So it's Ning Nang Nong!
Cows go Bong!
Nong Nang Ning!
Trees go Ping!
Nong Ning Nang!
The mice go clang!
What a noisy place to belong,
Is the Ning Nang Ning Nang Nong!!
Voronin plays a lot higher up the pitch and it was a lovely assist. A very clever player that lad. Now can we just go and crush this lot?
They're at full tilt closing us down and trying to press the play. If and when they tire I'd expect us to step it up another gear and "crush this lot!"
This game has been like a boxing match to be honest. Not pretty to be honest. However one opponent is tiring and the other really wants to punish them now.
I dont know if you have noticed mate but around here someone is always to blame for something. Last game it was Kuyt, now it Alonso. Tuesday it'll probably be Benayoun.
Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put your hands all over my body.
Just felt I had to come on and say - Sunderland = ****in ale house team, ref should've ben dishing out more yellow cards to the *******s.
The elbow to Hyypia that went unpunished should have something retrospectively done about it.
Sissoko nice goal
Midfield is a bit to light for my liking, Pennant is playing well, Sissoko is doing a lot of running and closing down, but Alonso is taking too long on the ball a worrying trait he seems to have developed since the start of the season, and Babel while definately skillfull I don't think belongs in a game quite as rough as this one.
not a bad performance so far all things considered especially as we're missing stevie G.
More of the same lads, except lets keep it a bit tighter in midfield.
Oh and Arbeloa having a decent game as well, always looks composed on the ball even if it looks a tricky situation.

You cant fault sunderlands effort and desire. Theyve earnt my respect. We will justget stronger and stronger now as they tire. And have you seen the quality on our bench when we decide to throw fresh legs on?

You can see how they went on that run in the championship. the rough and ready approach might keep them up this season too, but they need to evolve if they want to be a PL club proper. Even Bolton play a bit on the ground.
This is the kind of game we've been failing to win for years. I'll be gutted if it happens again.
