With Gabriel Heinze's signing for Real Madrid, Rafa Benitez seems to have set his sights on another Man United bench-warmer, in the form of John O'Shea.

O'Shea's impressive Premier League scoring rate of 4 goals from 5 attempts,which included a dramatic last-minute winner against Liverpool at Anfield,has been enough to convince Benitez that O'Shea is the United player they need to help them emulate the achievements of their Manchester neighbours.

Rafa and O'Shea were photographed outside a well-known McDonalds in Liverpool yesterday, in what some critics are claiming is a blatant case of tapping up....
