I have never noticed that when it comes down to Man U and Chelsea.Originally posted by Bob View PostGuys decisions usually even out over a season.
Calm down.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

the 2 points are gone
the muppet ref is suspended
all lfc can do is play better so next time it happens we win despite the ref
bobs right in the sense therell be games we win on such errors but two wrongs dont make a right and dont even out
we as a club (sadly) will have to use this kind of thing to influence future refs - play it up like rafa did - so that on balance we come out in profit. the critical last 5% of winning the league lies in such thingsdrunk knows best

Not really. It's odd, but it's a weak connection. I'm also doubtful about this quote being evidence of anti-souse feeling. Could so easily have been a 'comical' jibe. The guy is ****, and he's a bottler, it's as simple as that for me.Originally posted by sonsofthedesert View PostIt is true a company he is a director of had a contract to do the drive at abramovic's house. The FA said there was no conflict of interest whcih is laughable.Have to say I think we need to let this go now, it was a week ago. Will remember it though if we loose the league by 2 points, but we should all forget it for now.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

Balls to that, gifted at Villa? I believe it was Stevie who scored a sublime goal, not the sodding ref.Originally posted by Marsh View Posthe is a prick but wouldnt say he was anti scouser. just his humour. like if you met someone and said i cant believe ..... .....
but as much as he did "rob" us of two points lets not remember we where gifted two points at villa so it has evened itself out.
Though i would rather Villa have the point than chelski.
Anyone would think he'd given us a freekick half a yard from goal...

I suppose we were "gifted" two points if you believe that a free-kick from 25 yards is an absolute 100% certainty to lead to a goal. From where I was sitting Gerrard had everything to do. While we're on the subject you could say that justice was done anyway when this "gifted" 25-yard goal just restored the status quo after a harsh handball against Carragher leading to what was very much a gift goal for Villa. Unless they've changed the rules there used to be the requirement of the handball being intentionalOriginally posted by Marsh View Posthe is a prick but wouldnt say he was anti scouser. just his humour. like if you met someone and said i cant believe ..... .....

You for real Tom?Originally posted by Tom View Postthis with the revelations that his company had a six figure contract to do work for abramovic hardly paints a picture of impartiality....
I remember hearing he had his own company alright, forget what it was though?.Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
