Thanjk you.

I thought he was, he does all the unglamourous stuff, chasing down, pulling defenders out of position- and played better than yossi in the 2nd half.
I agree, even when we were ome and dry, Kuyt wasn;t giving up anything, chasing down lost causes and putting his body on the line for the team, was brave for his second goal. Rafa wan;ts Kuyt to do all the hard work he has been doing, he doesn't want him being a goal hanger. He does exceptional work for the team, and even banged in a couple tonight, job very well done Dirk.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

Crouch mit a mini pop. IF selected there at the end.
I do sense this season more than any other I have witnessed, that there will be more discontent due to squad rotation. Just hope morale isn't effected too badly.
But i think this is good, everyone has to play at their best our there will be players to come in for them.
I think we have alot of luxuires that could worry us as player have already gone to Rafa and asked why they havent started or even been on the bench.
Its a "together" winning mentality
When you feel like you're done, you are not alone........
We were crap tonight, should have won that 17 - nil.
we werent crap at all...
it just shows how far we've come in the last few years under rafa, toulouse came 3rd in the french league last season and we made them look like a team of amateurs. well made up for kuyt with his two goals.

So far I have only seen good things with the squad rotation, all the players seem to be playing for their places. If we manage to do well in the cups then there should be plenty of games for them all.
A lot of teams would have calmed down when 2-0 up but they kept at them knowing a place against Derby was up for grabs.
Delighted for Kuyt and Crouch, great pro's the pair of them.
Yossi was immense btw.

I don;t have a problem with competition, its just players giving out that gets me, not that it reallt stresses me out or anything, its just that you know Rafa won't take too kindly to it. Momo was a bit petulant coming off today aswell. I just get the feeling it is starting to become fashionable within the squad to moan about coming off or not starting games or even making the squad.

Bang on
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

That`s why i said 17-0,people on here still want more,i was being sarcastic.

Its not nice to see, and i dont think he'll keep them all happy i just hope they realise that its better been apart of a team that will win medals in England and in Europe rather then join a team where their the main man and play week in week out but win nothing
When you feel like you're done, you are not alone........
Last year if Gerrard was out we would have all been nervous of the match. With the team we have we could still do without our main cb, rb, right winger and our best striker and still win 4-0.
Anyone got links to the goals, just got back from a meeting and missed it - doh!
