        GAME ON

We have a few games coming up where you'd have to expect wins, then we face toffees and gooners who will both test our reslove to stay top.

I wouldn't bet against us staying here till the end

Can't work out if it's a shame or if it's good that there's now a two-week break until our next league game.

Obviously it's ****E that we've got two weeks of wanky international football, but it gives us some time to get the likes of Carra and Stevie fit and make our ****-hot squad even better.

Would prefer to be playing Pompey next saturday, when your on roll etc. etc.

Plus like you say two weeks of watching England scrape 2 points and risk SG as well!!!

Think it's good, treat the season like a series of chapters, after the first chapter we're top of the league with a game in hand. Now we get a break which should mean we'll have Gerrard, Carra, Kewell, Aurelio all available again in a fortnights time. Rafa has time to assess what to do now Paco has more than likely buggered off, he can work with all the players who aren't going anywhere this fortnight, and get us ready for chapter 2

                edit

Coincidentally chapter 2 looks like this:

                Portsmouth-A, Birmingham-H, Wigan-A, Spurs-H

Nothing to be scared of there, also we'll begin out CL and CC runs, before the next international break

Three of Arsenal's four league games so far have been at home, and they are GASH away. Another positive for us.

United and Arsenal yet to play any of the big four.

No goals conceded in open play in all comps all season.

Torres three goals in his first four league games.

                  Lovely stuff.

The eight goal advantage over United & Chelsea is also a real boon for us at this stage.
