One central midfielder to leave next summer, Xabi or Sissoko, because Lucas will be given more playing time and one striker, probably Crouch, that would be realistic to which players that will leave next summer IMO.

Hammill and Anderson will probably get their chance 2008/09.

Rafa will be able to fight it out with any club if a fantastic player becomes available and that is what we need to stay at the top.

I would hope by 2008/2009 a couple of other youngsters are knocking the door of the first team as well.

think your spot on although i reckon crouch will be gone in Jan. His choice, Not Rafa's.

Probably right on the midfielder front, although I don't think we'll bring in a replacement if Leiva progresses as hoped.

Still don't think Crouch will leave, would he rather play x amount of games for us and hopefully win trophies or play for a lower level club and win **** all, he doesn't strike me as wanting to make that change to be honest.

Doubt Anderson will ever get a chance for us, Hammil might do but it's going to depend on his form during his loan spell and even that might not be enough to get him a place.

I am looking forward to us being able to make 1 big purchase a season, hopefully starting with a winger in the summer.

Cant decide on Crouch. On 1 hand he loves liverpool on the other hand he loves playing football!

I can see Insua being our first choice left back 2008/09 season and maybe play 5-10 games in the league this season, maybe not from the start, plus the carling cup games.

The only really top class winger that is still available is Quaresma everyone else that didn't play at a top club changed clubs this summer. Maybe Rafa will try again for Silva or maybe Vicente if Valencia signs Van der Vaart.

I like the idea that we can go after one HUGE signing each summer as well.
Our squad is 99% sorted now and so I have to agree that future tfr windows will be a whole lot calmer. Thank **** for that too!

One thing though, I bet Rafa doesnt let players rest on their laurels....bad season or bad attitude and bye bye methinks. And thats how it should be when you play for our great club.

I doubt that because he is our only holding midfielder and then we would need to replace him.

We can afford to sell one of Sissoko or Alonso because we already have Gerrard and Lucas playing in the same position.
