No, don't think so. Boro told him to find himself a new club in the summer.

Less travelling I suppose. The whole reserve situation is a farce, they dont play nearly enough games in a season and it is hampering the progress of some of the youngsters who need to play as many games as possible. Thats why the big clubs tend to loan out so many youngsters these days, to give them the necessary experience.

How ever thought they would see Mendieta playing for Boro reserves
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

        * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

Does anyone know if .tv show it for e-season ticket holders or do they just show highlights?

Can remember watching a few reserve matches before, but aint sure if it was just the highlights I watched.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Dunno the answer to your question, but on a related note will the LFC channel show reserve games?

That does sound about bit right actually.

Just had a quick check and definitely all reserve games.

Thanks man! I'm already subscribed but it seems that the games won't be shown live until the LFC channel is up and running on Setanta. End of the month I think.

That'll be worth the lfc.tv subscription alone

A controversial goal from Gaizka Mendieta seperates Liverpool and Boro at half time at the Riverside. The Spanish midfielder appeared to punch the ball in from a corner, but despite strong protests from Liverpool, led by keeper Charles Itandje, the referee was unmoved and the goal stood. Sebastien Leto has been in lively form for Gary Ablett's side on the left wing, and both he and Jordy Brouwer have both gone close to an equaliser.
                            18-5-7-8-3
