i think the fact that kuyt will be fresh at the weekend also goes in his favour to shove it right up the rats

Bellamy is a certainty, and it's 50/50 for me between Crouch and Kuyt. Crouchie is a course and distance winner at Woodison having scored a good goal there last season, and obviously he's bang in form at the moment, scoring goals every time he sets foot on a football pitch. Kuyt did look great when he came on last week but a frantic derby game may not be the game in which to give him his first start.
Mate,i think it's exactly the type of game he should be starting in,i'm expecting great things from this fella, just have a good feeling about him,kop legend in the making methinks.

Hope you're right but I'd just be a bit worried about pitching him straight into a derby. Yes he did brilliantly when he came on last week but a 40 minute cameo when we were at home, relatively dominant and winning the game is very much different to a fast and furious derby away from home. Crouch is on a hot streak and I see no reason to leave him out at the minute.

Give Kuyt another half an hour and let him wreak havoc against a tired (and hopefully stretched) Blue****e defence.

          Agree
I too think that he's a legend in the making. He had a fantastic debut v. WHU. And if he plays like that against Neverton, we should close the game in the first 20 mins.

I worship the ground Kuyt walks on :whatever:

              Riise should be back...

But I think Carra is touch and go...

Won't Bellamy miss the midweek game due to a court appearance or is that in the next international break?

We've got to unleash Kuyt against the blue sh!te. This game is made for him, his legendary status begins this Saturday..

I honestly think we'll hammer the f*ckers. If we don't beat them by 2 or 3 goals I will be very surprised.

One of my blue ****e mates (I know I should be more careful when choosing my friends) has been sending me texts every morning for the last week saying how they're going to give us a footballing lesson

This lad is a very good lawyer in Liverpool, incredibly bright but it's amazing how retarded he is when it comes to the blue sh!te. It's really quite tragic.

Confidence is good, but I think that it'll be our toughest game against them for a while....Don't forget we are playing at Goodison. Anyone who seriously thinks we will walk all over them is setting themselves up for a fall.

Of course i'd love that to happen & it just might, but I think that the more likely scenario is a tough, phsyical encounter which we might win by 1 goal (a draw is likely too)

We really could do with the likes of Carra and Sissoko for this one, but it doesn't look like Carra will make it!

It will be a battle and having these defensive players in there will make it a lot easier for us to win the game. I'm quite confident that we'll do them, but a derby game is different to the usual Premiership game, isn't it! Agger and Hyypia will probably continue in the centre of defence as long as they return injury-free from the international games.

Kuyt must start in my opinion, and Bellamy will probably start alongside him too. My line-up would be:

                          --------------Reina
                          Finnan---Agger---Hyypia---Riise
                          ---------Sissoko---Alonso
                          Gerrard--------------------Gonzalez
                          --------Bellamy----Kuyt

Subs: Dudek, Aurelio, Fowler, Pennant, Crouch
