    Gerrard on the right again

He was brought on there yesterday and I hope Rafa does'nt play him there away from home. His one good piece of play was bursting onto a ball through the middle and setting up Torres.Rafa yesterday was like the old Rafa who made dodgy team selections and underestimated the opposition.

Gerrard back in the middle everyweek and Torres up top.
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful
    everyone wants to know

It reminded me a bit of Athens ... It took him ages to bring in Crouch, yesterday it took him decades to bring him off!

Sometimes I wonder what Rafa is thinking when we're not playing well ... Is he thinking at all?

I mean Mourinho (I don't know which game it was, I think it was last or the season before last one) substituted 2 of his players in the first 20 minutes when he saw that his tactics didn't pay off and that the players are getting battered out there ... With Rafa, you can have daywalkers on the pitch but he will still do nothing ... Until it's too late 10 mins from time.

The 3lads coming on at half time would have been some lift.
I know injuries happen but you have to take the chance

Babel was coming on anyway (probably for Sissoko) and Gerrard was always on the right temporarily.

I thought he was going to replace Benayoun. Watching the match yesterday, there were times I forgot he was playing, especially in the second half.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

                  * After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs

                        ****ing hell

one draw away from home and now rafa is a worse tactician than "spend 300m and then play a centre half up front when you need a goal" mourinho

and i think that the game in which mourinho subbed off 2 players after 30 minutes and another at half time ended in a draw as well

he didn't have many answers at home yesterday either did he?

A bad tactician who has won 2premier leagues sadly.
What has he got to do with Gerrard on the right:whatever:

I agree totally with that but regardless i still think that our central midfield pairing will be regularly rotated this season, along with almost every other position on the pitch bar the back 4.
Its the way Rafa does things and will continue to IMO.

Like Shaggy said, he was on the right for all of five minutes.
