Here's my take on it. Very straight forward system.
5 points for any game against a top 4 side - draw is very acceptable
4 points for an away game against a decent side - draw is acceptable,
3 points for an away game against other sides - draw is disappointing
2 points for a home game against a reasonable side - draw is very disappointing
1 point for a home game against a ****e side - draw is outrageous.
My take on the fixtures :
Man Utd 1 - 0 Tottenham 2
Everton 0 - 1 Man Utd 4
Portsmouth 0 - 0 Liverpool 3
Tottenham 1 - 3 Arsenal 4
Chelsea 0 - 0 Blackburn 2
Arsenal 3 - 1 Portsmouth 1
Aston Villa 2 - 0 Chelsea 4
Liverpool 6 - 0 Derby 1
Man Utd 1 - 0 Sunderland 1
Arsenal 1-0 Man City 2
Chelsea 1-0 Portsmouth 1
Sunderland 0-2 Liverpool 3
Liverpool 1 - 1 Chelsea 5
Man City 1-0 Man Utd 3
Portsmouth 1-1 Man Utd 3
Reading 1-2 Chelsea 3
Arsenal 2-1 Fulham 1
Chelsea 3-2 Birmingham 1
Man Utd 0-0 Reading 2
Aston Villa 1-2 Liverpool 4
Blackburn 1-1 Arsenal 4
So who's had the toughest start? Liverpool by a reasonable distance - mainly because Man U and Arsenal have had some piss easy home games.
Man Utd 15 2.50
Liverpool 16 3.20
Arsenal 12 2.40
Chelsea 16 2.67
What does this mean? Well, that we've got some easier games coming so should pick up points while the others should/will drop them
