Agreed. I dont like laying into our players but ask yourself has pennant got what it takes to perform at a high level on a consistent basis? Excuses not withstanding Im not sure whether he has the pedigree to be the sort of winger that the club needs. Im not saying get rid of him but I think we need other options

I like Pennant but I'm not sure he can break a game apart and win a game for us on a consistent basis like truly good players do or that he is capable of producing a piece of jaw dropping skill that can pluck a goal or split a defence from out of nowhere when the team needs it. Hopefully I will be proved wrong many times over

With all the ball he gets in ATTACKING positions he should be scoring and making goals.That's what top wingers do

I think you need to learn that football is a team game. If Pennant isn't prepared or able to do the dirty work then he can **** off because everyone else is prepared to do the dirty work or they can start looking for another club, Cisse is a good example of that.
