To be fair to the thread, Gerrard was completely anonymous the whole game. I'm not saying he has 1 out of 10 games, but today he was as uninfluential as I've seen him in a while, this was obviously due to the fact that he's tired and had 2 Internationals recently, but he was definitely not up to scratch tonight. So were quite a few others, Porto played well too (they're still ****ing diving ***** the lot of them though).
Of course no one would want to not have Gerrard in the team, but today he might as well not have been. Nevermind, he'll be back reigning supreme within the next couple of weeks, so ****it, 1-1, away goal, decent result - next!Comment
