I really hope he starts to improve as I am bit concerend at the moment.
Yep,lets just hope theres alot more to come from him.

Relax people, he's just needs time to settle in. Once he has and played in his best position(what ever that is!), we'll see him explode(hopefully)

Personally, i think his best position is just behind the Striker(in the hole, as the saying goes)

This is where I play him in my Pro Evo team, and he is excellent. Take note Rafa.

You are relieved that a Liverpool player had a bad match and got sent off? So if last night was the real Pennant then he has just been pretending to be a good player for the last 9 months?

look i think rafa has given him the chance to prove himself this season. he has been doing ok for the last few games but its in games like this one needs to be composed . i mean come on he is not a a kid anymore but at times behaves like one.we saw his true colours i guess.he almost cost us dearly...just imagine marseille and porto both above us with 3 points.

He loses the rag in one game so should be sold? I agree he needs to cut all that crap out as he picks up some really stupid yellow cards, but its sickening to hear a Liverpool fan happy when a Liverpool player doesnt play well and gets sent off.
I am not a big fan of Pennant and wouldnt be heart broken if we got a better replacement for him but will have to say he is playing some nice football now a days and every match I want to see him do well and score.

Long term i think its possible Rafa does see him as a striker but its good for his development for him to be playing out wide and working hard on the flanks. Its a very pacey league and its important that he gets to grips with it.

He'll learn alot playing that position

I think he's a forward, not a winger and he should eventually end up as a striker for us if we're sticking with 4-4-2.

he's probably at his best on either side of a 4-3-3 like holland play.
