    Rafa's successor

In light of the bombshell at Stamford Bridge should we be actively seeking his successor at the moment - with Rafa's blessing of course? If Rafa walked out on us at the moment we'd be well and truly knackered.

Maybe we could draft somebody in to work alongside Rafa to learn the ropes as such? I don't know.
At the moment we haven't even got a right hand man to take charge should something happen.

    Discuss.

The lack of a second in command is a bit worrying for me but on the longer-term issue I don't think LFC rises and falls depends on Rafa's stay here. We have an exceptional new stadium in the works, a raft of potentially very good youngsters and, overall, a squad with a number of years before they even reach their peak. Add into this a fanatical support than spans the globe and there are not many top class managers who would turn us down should Rafa decide it is no longer for him.

well the usuak names will be mentioned, Hiddink, Ramos Scolari.
i wouldnt mind if we got someone like Van Gaal, he is doing very well at Alkmar and they play some great stuff, thing with Van Gaal is that he brings a huge ego with him.

It'll be a top international manager - a capello or hiddink. But not for a while please.
