Xabi says he misses him and training is different, it must have affected morale in some way, what do you guys think?

So, has our dip in form anything to do with Paco leaving?

Has it been quoted somewhere that Xabi has said he's missing him and training is different ? Sorry if I'm asking as I haven't seen that anywhere.

I think it was more that the International break came at a horrible time. We beat Derby without Pako. Im sure the lads feel the difference at Melwood but thats football. What did Stevie do when he couldnt give the great passes to Owen anymore? He got on with it. People come and go all the time at clubs so I dont think it could be the deciding factor in the bad form of lateContrary to popular belief, I have huge genitals.

Not a popular opinion but our dip in form conincides with the return to the team of one Steven Gerrard. Villa aside, he's been a passenger and could do with a bit of rotating till he gets some semblance of form.Originally posted by bonzai View PostXabi says he misses him and training is different, it must have affected morale in some way, what do you guys think?
BTW I don't think that the Pako situation has helped, but just watch any of the recent games and I think you'll see a far bigger reason. The Crushing Machine MKII

I agree strangely, Stevie has been poor in the last 2 games and did nothing when he came on against Pompey except one run, realistically with Xabi injured he cant be rotated as Mascher and momo would be a strange combo i think.Originally posted by SpeedyG View PostNot a popular opinion but our dip in form conincides with the return to the team of one Steven Gerrard. I think I'd be tempted to give it a go and let Stevie's foot recover, he been playing at 50% recently.Originally posted by lfcruleus View PostI agree strangely, Stevie has been poor in the last 2 games and did nothing when he came on against Pompey except one run, realistically with Xabi injured he cant be rotated as Mascher and momo would be a strange combo i think.
Momo has looked promising when allowed to play a more Stevie-like role. (I know a lot of people wouldn't agree with that..)
