I hope Leiva, Leto, Aurelio and Insua get a chance. I don't care about the rest of the team ...

We need to start getting his sharpness back after his long term injury.
He could prove to be the difference between 1 and 3 points. With him, we might actually score a goal from set-pieces

And he's definitely due a goal in a red shirt.
I can see him banging in a few of his trademark free kicks this season, something he was slightly unlucky with at times last year.A humble guy with healthy desire.

I too can see him bag a few goals for Liverpool this season. He's definitely a better free-kick taker than Gerrard (99% free-kicks go wide), Alonso (50% wide, 49% in the wall) or any other.Originally posted by The Erectile Banana View Post

And IMO, he deserves a goal more than anybody in our squad
I just wish he is going to be a better left back this season, because last season, there was a huuuge hole in defence whenever he played - hope he improved this

Is he still injured? I actually forgot he got a knock against BirminghamOriginally posted by Red_Polo View Post
For some reason I thought Mash was unavailable
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs
