Emergency On-line petition to save
Liverpool FC manager Rafael Benitez
There is now an emergency on-line petition of support for Liverpool Football Club manager Rafael Benitez. This on-line petition has been set up to amass support for Rafael Benitez following reports in various newspapers and websites that his departure or sacking is imminent.
Who in their right mind would even consider sacking a manager, who in my opinion, is the most tactically astute manager in europe bar none? It is absurd and obscene, and it is imperative that every true Liverpool supporter back Rafael Benitez.
The new American owners promised when they took over OUR club, to "abide by the traditions, values and heritage of the club". The fact they are reportedly on the verge of dismissing the most revered and tactically astute manager since Bob Paisley in 1983 is nothing short than a disgrace, and proves their words and promises mean nothing, and they must not be allowed to get away with it.
Here is a man who is already a legend at Anfield following his astonishing feat of leading Liverpool to TWO Champions League finals in his 3 short seasons in charge.
To treat Rafael Benitez, a man of the utmost integrity in such a manner is disgusting and the repercussions of sacking such a manager would, again, in my opinion, make the owners position, Messrs Tom Hicks & George Gillett untenable.
Please sign the petition if you support Rafael Benitez and wish for him to remain as Liverpool Football Club's manager, and please forward this Email on to as many fellow Liverpool FC supporters as possible, thank you.

This is not scare tactics, or the gutter press trying to stir up trouble, this is serious.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
