Consistency comes with experience. He's only 20. AT least he has shown what he is capable of. One should expect that you will get more of that per game as he matures.

He can cross, beat players, has vision, can play the vital through ball. What more do you want from a left sided midfielder than for him to do that several times per game?

Seems to be pretty good at most things rather than having a stand out quality. I can say why people are saying he's a LM rather than left winger. Leto at LM and Babel at CF might be an interesting combination in the future if he's good enough. Likewise him and Insua.
