Spearing is playing better and better.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I havn`t been that impressed with Insua, not ready for the first team yet. But has a sweet left foot.

Not really mate, i've watched him a few times now and he clearly lacks the mobility to play Premier League football, yes it's harsh but fair.

            Sunderland won 1-0.

Spearing our best player just ahead of Insua.

Hard to judge any of the players on tonights game as the first half was very poor. However San Jose and Plessis looked ok for new guys, Insua and Spearing did ok too but none of them looked first team material just yet. On the plus side the Sunderland lads were clearly older and more experienced and the game was pretty much 50/50 in the end.

Didnt see anyone bang on the first team door. Maybe spearing and Darby for possible bench places but nothing to write home about. Insua can **** a ball.

Can't see anyone one of that bunch challenging in the near future.

Darby played well, Insua did ok and San Jose showed quality.

Whats worrying is poor technique and even more worrying is lack of power and pace, how the heck are they going to make it in the Premiership?

Wenger's Arsenal youngsters have pace and/or power/technique as a prerequisite.
                    We come not to play.

Darby has slow feet and has a weak kick of a ball.Brouwer was a mad signing.Ajax were releasing him and he is very average.Putteril was brutal against a very average player and he ran out of ideas and it does not look good for him.Huth will never make it and looks clumsy.Plessis was another mad signing at his age and at times he reminds me of Traore.
Insua was caught out a few times but looks a talent and has lovely feet and a good shot.Spearing got better as the game went on.Lindfield needs a fast clever striker up with him. With Leto,Lucas and El Zhar on it would have been a different game.

Does Pachecho play for the reserves?
Oh the man is a midfield maestro
and his passes are sooo delightful

                            Did not play today

I was thinking the same thing, we've signed 30+ kids where the feck are they? i have only seen a handful in the U18's and reserves, so what the feck are they up to?
                            We come not to play.

I was thinking there was no second h.
He does not play for the 18's though so he must be a reserve but injured.
Him and Real kid must be quality.

"With Ron Yeats in defence, we could play Arthur Askey in goal."
