Why Rafa didnt sub Momo is beyond me.

That was the worst I have ever seen Sissoko play however tonight there was nobody to carry him through so it highlighted the fact even more. I would suggest Sissoko gets 'rotated' for the next few games and gets his ****ing act together

I'm sure this rotation is confusing and starting to piss them off. Fine when you rest a player after 10 games in 6 weeks, but every other game? They look disjointed when they start the game - some players are off the pace and they all have to bed in for the first 30 mins.

then again, his substitutions generally make little sense to me.

really though, why is it that a poor first half is pretty much always mirrored by a poor second half.

other top teams who have a poor first half seem to get their act together at half time.

its so rare we do that.

I was waiting for us to come flying out of the traps at half time and put Marseille to the sword. Never happened though.

We didn't even put them under serious pressure until we got to bloody injury time.

You're right - it was the same against the likes of Wigan and Birmingham - we started poorly and continued that way.

Surely we should be able to pick ourselves up at half time and have a good go at the opposition.

Everything Rafa does these days confuses the hell out of me. Momo couldn't trap the ball with a net, he was absolutely appalling (but then he's been like that for over a year now). Stevie was terrible and Torres was non-existant. No blame for Pepe however as no keeper in the world could have stopped that ball. This rotation thing is a bag of bollocks and the sooner Rafa ditches it the better. We've got no chance winning the league with this setup! I'm starting to believe that maybe Paco was the man who got the team to play at the start of the season and now he's gone they are lost. I think Rafa is starting to lose the plot (but i'm not saying he should go before I get flamed for that).
