According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
Looks like I'm the only one who finds the fact that Itandje, Mascherano and Arbeloa got votes and Itandje even got more votes than half of our playing squad tonight!

"Let me say for the record, I am not a gangster and never have been. Im not the thief who grabs your purse. Im not the guy who jacks your car. Im not down with the people who steal and hurt others. Im just a brother who fight back."

23-year-old Claire Rourke has swapped La Liga for the Barclays Premier League and the chance to return home to work for the club she has supported since childhood.
Claire spent two years in Madrid - including last season's campaign when The Whites marched to the Primera Liga crown - where she presented live news shows, feature programmes, interviewed the playing and management staff and travelled across Spain and the continent as Real competed for domestic and European glory.
The launch of LFC TV has now given her the chance to combine two of her greatest passions - journalism and Liverpool FC - as she looks forward to fronting the channel's flagship programmes.
"This is the only job I would have left Madrid for," said Claire, who is also a keen footballer and a former member of the Doncaster Belles team. "Being a Liverpool fan, this was just the perfect job for me and I couldn't turn it down when the chance came up.
"I loved my time in Spain and hopefully the experience I picked up out there will stand me in good stead at Liverpool.
"My final season at Madrid was extra special because of the title win and it was on that final night against Real Mallorca when I realised moving to Liverpool was the right thing to do because I had experienced the ultimate high in Madrid and I was now ready for a new adventure at Anfield.
"I've had some great times in the stadium as a supporter and so to be working for the club now really is a dream come true."
