I couldnt believe how bad we were.

I cannot remember a worse performance than that.

What the **** were they doing out there?? Carra was ****, Gerrard was ****, Momo looked like the worst footballer of all time.

I seriously hope Rafa layed into every single one of them after the game. They looked like they didnt want to be out there

Yes, it was really depressing - not the defeat, but the (non-)performance. Sort it out, Rafa.

Nah, it's not that, it has to be rotation

Completely agree, Les. I'd like to say that last nights performance was mediocre but in truth it wasn't that good!

Time to **** off some of the so called "Big time charlies" for a while, and give the youngsters/reserves a chance. They couldn't possibly play any worse than we are at the moment.
This result has been coming big time.

Fair play to Marsielle though - they were excellent.

It was one of the worst if not the worst performance I can remember under Rafa. Only Pepe would escape my wrath, but the rest were simply awful.

Spurs on Saturday is a big game now because let's be honest, we've not played well for a while now, and we need a performance.

I started supporting the Pool in 1965. I can honestly say that last night was the worst, by far, performance I have ever seen from them.

The passing and first touches of most of them would be unnaccepable at my Sunday league team, and the "drive and passion" would certainly never be accepted.

I hope every single one of them wakens up this morning feeling totally ashamed of themselves.

I can't remember a Liverpool side giving the ball away that much. Some of the "passing" was simply awful.

Momo's limitations are really starting to show this season. Don't mean to pick on him but he is to frustrating. He cannot even do the simple things properly - which for a professional footballer playing for Liverpool is just wrong.

To be fair to him though, yesterday wasn't really the game for him to be playing - there was never really going to be a midfield fight where he does come in useful. Masher or Lucas should have played.

It’s bizarre and worrying that we can veer from one extreme (playing very well in the early part of the season) to another, and so quickly too.

I doubt we’ll see any of United, Chelsea or Arsenal play *that* poorly at all this season.

I was in shock watching that.

I think (and hope) Spurs will be in for a hiding this weekend after that showing last night. If the players have any pride they'll be looking to make amends.

Not one of our players could have walked off the pitch last night believing they'd given anywhere near 100% for the cause.

                          It was shambolic.
What have I learned, Mr Mackay? Three things. One - bide your time. Two - keep your nose clean. And three - don't let the *******s grind you down

Thing is, I've been thinking that after everyone of our poor performances recently - "oh next game we'll be back to our best". It is yet to happen though....

To many off form players, Gerrard, Momo, Crouch, Riise, Leto, Carra.

The question is how do they regain their form? is it because they don't get in to the groove of games as they are being constantly rotated?
                              We come not to play.
