Do We Have A Motivator?

It may or may not have something to do with Pako leaving but do we look like a team that needs motivating,we know Rafa is very impersonal regards the players,do we have anyone anymore in the coaching staff that can gee the players up rather than just tactics.
I do wonder why,on recent performances that we look so lethargic & dare i say it,uninterested compared to are usual selves.
Rafa is a tactics man but can he motivate,that's the question.

Shouldn't need a coach to motivate. Not when you have local players. Carra and Stevie should be doing this.

I'm fairly certain that Pako played a big part in motivating our players.

That said though, they're at Liverpool FC, the greatest club in the world, they shouldn't need motivating. They should be giving there all for our club, anything less is not satisfactory.
