Well what did you think of Beanyoun when he came on?

I thought he showed more urgency and commitment than anyone else had all ****ing game. Kuyt seemed devoid of any energy within seconds of coming on.
Can you explain why Kuyt was on the right then?

Sometimes you throw in strikers to put pressure on the centre backs, Kuyt was on the right, but he came inside whenever he could, it doesn't work every time and Benayoun was put in soon afterwards. It's certainly not something you can say cost us the match. We played with 4 strikers basically, one of them had to be on the right side.
