    Sven.

He has showed with City that he is good enough. Back him and he will deliver.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

How are Sevilla doing this season anyway?
          .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

When he was managing Australia in the World Cup against a 10 man Italy, the team sat back and continued defending, he didn't bring on Josh Kennedy, who would've made quite an impact. He was trying to absorb the pressure until extra time or maybe even the penalty shoot out.

That's what caused us to lose IMO.
Have you seen Italy play with 10 men? They usually play better than 11!

Australia had chances to win the match but couldn't do it. Hiddink was prudent to play to his strengths and go to penalties.

They are more or less out of the title race.

I still think Hiddink could've done a lot more, Italy were there for the taking IMO.

That said, he's still a brilliant manager, and i wouldn't complain if he was to replace Rafa.

He also seems to be very knowledgeable on the world game and a great motivator.

I'm still sure that Rafa is the right man for us though. Just wait until the youth team starts breaking into the first team!!

I think that most sensible peoples criticism of rotation under Rafa, if they have one, is the particular changes he makes and in which games. As has been underlined many times all of the big teams use overall a similar number of team changes over a season.

Having said that I'm happier with Rafa at the helm (who has won both the CL and a league even if it was not the PL) than I would be with Ramos or for that matter anyone else. But I can see the theoretical attraction of a coach who has a more attacking style.

"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."
