Momo has only played in 3 maybe 4 games this season, and besides the Sunderland game has been no better than an average Championship division player!

Regarding the time to be positive... Rafa is the one that has to translate these words into performances on the pitch.

We have to attack teams again and put aside our defensive style of play. It also goes to show just how much we need additional pace at the back, and maybe playing Arbeloa at centre half until Agger returns could be crucial.

It's also time to give Yossi a run in the starting line up, and maybe ease the brazilians into some games as subs?

momo is possibly the worst passer of a ball ive ever seen wear a liverpool shirt. his determination, graft and tenacious recovery of the 2nd ball is 2nd to none which enables him to have a squad role but speedy my man your way off the mark with his passing.

I am very tempted to back you on your first claim. Although I think brilliant is an overstatement but intelligent and accurate would be perfectly reasonable and the definition of brilliant is probably individual.

However I think the Gerrard claim is somewhat of an exagerration. The clear difference is that Gerrard attempts much lower percentage/high payoff passes more often and as such when we play badly as a team he suffers. It is fair to say he has been generally off form with his passing so far this season.

Selective memory obviously. You really should work on your attention span.

Admittedly, brilliant was a bit of an over-reach, but relative to the assessment on here, he has been brilliant.

On SG, you are right, I meant to say, that SG has not reached those levels THIS season. He's all hollywood balls with a 10% success rate!

I don't really see why you assume my disagreement with your lofty attitude to those whose opinions differ from yours, should translate into my disagreement with the actual point you've made. But yeah, sure, ok.
