Personally I can’t see this happening as it’s not our style and to be honest we’re a bit soft. I don’t know why because we’ve some players that can certainly give as good as they get but we just don’t seem to get stuck in. That’s why teams come to us and attempt to kick us to bits. Obviously all IMO.

I think we'll football them off it- well we'll at least try to. The best we've played in a Derby game under Benitez was at the pit in 2005 and we won 1-3. That first half until they scored we were irresistable at times and in the 2nd half despite anticipating an Everton onslaught we staved them off, then scored then took the p!ss. They had 2 men sent off and our class shone- thats what im hoping for this time. I certainly won't be taking them lightly like I did last season though.

I'd like a bit of both. Play them off the park for 60 minutes - get 5-0 ahead, then, when their heads are down, give them a good kicking as well.

I'd start with Kuyt and THE CROW. Kuyt to run them ragged and the CROW to soften them up a bit. The first half is never about football it's always a bit of a dust up.

Then I'd bring Torres on in the second half if necessary when there will be more time and space available.

Have to disagree with ye on this mate.
As Jacko said earlier we have to football them off. We loose the advantage the minute we try to match them in their game. Try to pass them off the pitch. They will get frustrated and put in a few rash tackles. If they get a few early yellow cards they will be under tremendous pressure.
