i'd say that when there are injuries to key players its more important not to rotate the others as there's enough hits to the team as it is and enough disruption.

      That is a huge difference.
He rotates more at the begining of the season and less towards the end. So it evens itself out
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers and you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee. Is that right? where did you get those stats from?

Surely it makes more sense to rotate less at the beginning (when players are fresh from Summer and need to forge new partnerships) and more towards the end...?
