European away shirts

Anyone got theirs yet?
Ordered mine online on the first day of pre ordering and got a phone call yesterday saying its going to take another week as they have run out of certain names.
Should i be entitled to free postage or something as they didn't get my shirts to me on time?

when ordering did it say guarenteed delivery on launch date?
if so they have gone against trade desciption act of what u have puchased.
contact them asking for free postage if you get no joy let them know u will be in contact with trading standards for false advertisement and non delivery of goods

Yes it did say guarenteed delivery, i going to give them a call.

i wouldnt trust them, i know someone who ordered her shirt on the 10th august and only last week after a lot of following up finally got an email saying she would get a refund as they no longer had the size that she wanted it in.

I pre-ordered the away shirt (yellow one) and got mine delivered the day before promised, and i live in the states!!

Same thing happened to me after we won the CL. Ordered a t-shirt and a few other things then a 3 weeks later they emailed me that all the t-shirts were sold out although is showed availability when I ordered it.
They ended up giving me a free scarf & mug for free and a full refund.
I appreciate what they did BUT still that does not mean there is not plenty of incompetence over there.

Just to add, the Euro shirt been out here(Montreal) for 2 weeks now.
