If he is out at least ten days then he will also miss our next CL game
and that is a must win game.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

They were shocking together against Birmingham. Can't recall their other appearances together but, like you, they don't convince me as a pair.Originally posted by glynner View PostIF Torres is out, then I'd rather Crouch play with either Kuyt or Voronin
I just don't feel like Kuyt & Voronin work well as a strike partnetship
Crouch has a bit of 'course & distance' form having scored a good goal at Goodison before, when he danced round Nigel Martyn to slot in for 1-0.
It'd be Crouch & Voronin for me. I'd have no qualms about Crouch & Kuyt though - we had a great record when they played together last season. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Hamstring strain I think. He was left out by the Dutch because of it. Not sure what that means for the derby though.Babel fanclub member # 4!!!

He's walking off, judging by the pic so it ain't that bad.
He ain't gonna play for Spain. (Happy Days)
and he's not going to have the Blue****e kicking ten bells out of him.
We can beat these without risking Torres.
Setback maybe but it isn't the end of the world, we may have Agger and Alonso back.
Can't see him being risked against Besiktas so hopefully we should see a fully fit Fernando against the biggest of these games against The Arse at home at the end of the month.
Step up Peter Crouch.

Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'
"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.
* After Tommy Lawrence had let in a fluke goal between his legs
