Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Gary Mac is the obvious one in recent years.

The 1989 Cup Final was a classic epic encounter, as was the insane 4-4 draw at Woodison.

The one where we won 3-0 at Woodison, in Kewell's debut season. Classic victory that one.

That was the one I meant. Not the 86 one.

Can go back further than ne1 Anfield early 70's 2nd half blue****e score twice with 20 mins to go its still 2-0 to them then a young winger scores an impossible goal from the byline..............his name..............Steve Highway

a few minutes later our record signing (£110,000) Toshack equalises to send the kop into raptures

2 minutes to go and Toshack heads down to the unmarked full back Chris Lawler to pick his spot......................As I jumped up in delight along with 25000 other standing Kopites.......... I saw the Annie road emptying

                  OH HAPPY DAYS

those familiar with Chris Lawler may like to comment on the rumour/urban myth that he actually smiled that day
Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

At Woodison, cant remember what year.

Had a ticket for the Park End, got in there dead early and got a place on the bar under the score board right in the centre. Stood on the bar for about 2 hours. Dalglish scored in the first minute, i came flying off the bar and some big massive **** jumped in my place. Still great game tho

                            Think we beat them 4 - 1

                            Was there for the 5 - 0

One of the best games was the 3 - 3 before KD quit

I used to go to them all, i wouldnt step foot in the place now.

Ive no i dea why i made this a Woodison only Derbys post
