I think Rafa will want Kuyt to start against PSV so will hold him back against Everton and Bellamy will be dropped as Fowler has a good record against Everton. I think Riise will start ahead of Warnock if fit. I think Gerrard will also be rested aginst PSV (kinda like Betis last year) and Pennant will come in for him and Gonzalez will start against PSV.

So many possibilities though!! Rafa must be in heaven

yeah it is virtually impossible to predict which team Rafa will pick game by game,the opposition never have any idea who they will be up against .
