    Absolutely spot on mate

Sorry, just reading the thread and had to agree.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

Yeah, when you're looking to win a game against ten men you'd think Crouch would be a prime candidate to come on at some stage.

You have to feel sorry for the lad.

At this rate I can't see him last past the January transfer window.

Definitely. I'd like to see a picture of Carragher after the final whistle again. He must be the most hated player by Everton fans right now, he was a total **** during the game, well in

It was good wasn't it. Looked like they'd won the FA Cup or something

I dont think Gerrard will like Rafa's explanation for taking him off.

I'll tell you what, that decision will show Gerrard he is not untouchable and what a better way to show this than a mersyside derby.

We deserved the win today had we taken our chances (a recurring theme) we should have won this game at a canter. It was ugly yes, but who cares, we deserved it. Well done Rafa.

more a clever fall Hibbert had his shirt and he rode the challenge into the box, first contact was outside though

I thought Babel did well when he came on. I hink the right wing is his best position. I'd start him there soon.

Lescott got so much room because Gerrard was wandering inside so much. Without Gerrard producing yet another lung-bursting run through the middle, we wouldn't have changed the game. Rafa needs to take heed. If he's blaming Stevie for not staying wide then he shouldn't - he should be thanking him for turning the game.

Right now Rafa infuriates me with his decisions (although his after-match interview was funny).

Gerrards response to the substitution is key. He can either be a man about it and use it as a motivation to raise his game or he will sulk let his head drop!! Cmon Stevie sort it out

Did he need to be shown though. He had a **** first half but he dragged us back into the game?

                                Anyway it's 3pts...somehow.
