I've watched the first 5 minutes of this arsenal game so far and it's making it embarassingly apparent how **** we are.

To be fair though they are playing away against a struggling bolton team, whilst we were away in a merseyside derby. Bit harsh to compare the two.Originally posted by Zapater View PostI've watched the first 5 minutes of this arsenal game so far and it's making it embarassingly apparent how **** we are.

confidence and injuries are the problem, we won without our best out there, get over it and enjoy

will neverton be bringing out a dvd of this match?Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"
Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"
Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

I agree completely.Originally posted by Kopite_Colin View PostLescott got so much room because Gerrard was wandering inside so much. Without Gerrard producing yet another lung-bursting run through the middle, we wouldn't have changed the game. Rafa needs to take heed. If he's blaming Stevie for not staying wide then he shouldn't - he should be thanking him for turning the game.

What's the odds of an emergency glazer being called to Victoria Street tonight?Originally posted by JohnDoe View PostDefinitely. I'd like to see a picture of Carragher after the final whistle again. He must be the most hated player by Everton fans right now, he was a total **** during the game, well in

But even when we do play against tripe it doesn't really get any better. I'm going to disappear from the face of the earth until the rugby methinks. Here's hoping for a South African winOriginally posted by ronniedrew View Postwere you saying that at the start of the season?

Are Arsenal winning ? They're at home anyway and as you say, against a team devoid of confidence and manager.Originally posted by Reece View PostTo be fair though they are playing away against a struggling bolton team, whilst we were away in a merseyside derby. Bit harsh to compare the two.

To be fair you were leading today and we were lucky not to give a penalty away when your lad Lescott fell over at the end...Originally posted by Zapater View PostI've watched the first 5 minutes of this arsenal game so far and it's making it embarassingly apparent how **** we are.

well when everyone else on here was saying we were easily going to win the title I said I wouldn't be surprised to see a repeat of last season... if that counts for anything.Originally posted by ronniedrew View Postwere you saying that at the start of the season?

you need to slow the scrolling down a bitOriginally posted by thesilverfoxlfc View Post
"If Gerrard continues to play up front, leaving this lack of creativity and intelligence in Midfield, the season WILL be over by Xmas."
I still don't think we'll finish in the top 4 this season."

I like Crouch - as a player and a person - but I don't feel sorry for him. He has done nothing this season to warrant a place, imo. He was also very poor as a sub during the week with England.Originally posted by The Erectile Banana View PostYeah, when you're looking to win a game against ten men you'd think Crouch would be a prime candidate to come on at some stage.
You have to feel sorry for the lad.
At this rate I can't see him last past the January transfer window.Just when I discovered the meaning of life, they changed it
